Iain Boney Clark’s House Matters is delighted to bring you ‘My Favourite Mix’ feat. DANNY SATORI
Whether it be performing Liszt repertoire at New England Conservatory’s coveted Jordan Hall, or live hybrid DJing & music production of deep, sexy house music for UK’s Krafted Music Group – Danny “Satori” Kutty is no stranger to the pursuit of artistic expression. His love for sculpting sound as an artist started at an early age with extensive musical training, which inevitably brought him to the serenity of his own resonance. Praised for “bringing the marble back to life,” he now maintains a performance standard on the piano of concert repertoire & improvisation inspired by the ever-changing universe. As a DJ/Producer, his multi-faceted blends of House Music, Old School Hip-Hop, and World Lounge have made him an established performance artist in nightlife at venues such as American Repertory Theater’s Oberon, RISE :: Boston’s After-Hours Dance Club, and Santos Party House NYC 😉
In the heart of Boston Center for the Arts, Danny currently teaches applied piano and the music production course, Beatshop Boston, at the Community Music Center of Boston. Along with music education and technology, he is also frequently invited as a guest artist for workshop seminars at the MMMMaven Music Production & DJ School, where he engages audiences in approaching live collaborative performance as well as applying music fundamentals into electronic music composition. As a community educator, his advanced training in piano performance, coupled with real-life experiences in electronic sound design & composition, provides a global outlook for impacting musical pedagogies for the 21st Century and beyond.
